Newcastle festival 2022

C’est l’histoire d’un revenant ou presque puisque le festival de jazz and improvised music of Newcastle, tout juste cinq ans au compteur, est le successeur du Newcastle Jazz Festival qui avait mis la clé sous la porte en 1995.
Reste que, si le festival du nord de l’Angleterre a connu soubresauts et aléas, il présente une programmation qui vaut le coup d’œil et d’oreilles pour qui pourrait aller laisser traîner ses guêtres de ce côté-ci des îles britanniques fin septembre et début octobre.
